- 24 dill pickle slices, thoroughly dried
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1½ cups breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Ranch dressing for dipping (optional)
Instructions
- Pat pickle slices completely dry with paper towels.
- Mix softened cream cheese and ranch dressing until smooth.
- Fold in mozzarella cubes and pickles until well incorporated.
- Form tablespoon-sized balls and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Set up breading station: flour, beaten eggs, and seasoned breadcrumbs.
- Bread each frozen ball in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs. Double-dip for extra crunch!
