  • 24 dill pickle slices, thoroughly dried
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1½ cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Ranch dressing for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat pickle slices completely dry with paper towels.
  2. Mix softened cream cheese and ranch dressing until smooth.
  3. Fold in mozzarella cubes and pickles until well incorporated.
  4. Form tablespoon-sized balls and freeze for 30 minutes.
  5. Set up breading station: flour, beaten eggs, and seasoned breadcrumbs.
